12 WEEK ACTING INTENSIVE

12 Week Acting Intensive will give you an intense program. Through scene study, in front of the camera, vocal work, improvisation and the business of acting. How to break into Hollywood and work as an actor.  You will learn the basic tools that will give them a foundation as actors. In this acting class you will work the muscles of an actor. How to break down a script and create a character. Furthermore they will learn to apply those techniques to contemporary and classical work.

During our Scene Study acting class and in front of the Camera you will apply acting techniques. And you will develop a comprehensive set of “acting tools.

Your very own “Golden Box” that you can use at any time when approaching a role or a scene. Whether it be for film, television, or theater. The Acting School’s acting techniques are based on the Meisner Technique. Lee Strasberg’s Method, Stella Adler, Stanislavski’s System, and the Chekhov technique. This 12 week acting class intensive also prepares you for a strategy. To understand the steps that need to be taken to get auditions and do well in them.

The Los Angeles Acting Conservatory is authorized to enroll non-immigrant alien students using the F1 student visa. Individuals from around the world who want to come to the United States need to obtain a visa from the U.S Department of State prior to entering the country. The Los Angeles Acting Conservatory and provides acting classes as well as filmmaking classes for international students wishing to study with an F1 visa. Student visas require a valid I-20 in order to apply to the American consulate. Once the acting or film program is completed an international student can apply for an OPT (Optional Practical Training).
